Poetry

Intake  is a poem about surrender.  Finding strength in the darkest hours by having hope that things will get better.  The color blue is used as a symbol of finding the calm within the sadness.

Life paths can be hard to navigate. There are a lot of unknowns and hindsight to be had. Whenever I find myself in a place of resistance I like to remember that keeping an open mind is a good way to reduce uncomfortable feelings.

Those that follow my journey on YouTube know how much I struggle with money mindset. I keep a free spirit around money, yet there's still a societal pressure to earn, earn, earn. As long as I can create, I'll continue to thrive.

I'll make you laugh. I'll make you cry. I'll make you angry.  I am human after all.

I think its important for writers to share all aspects of growth. I'm at the beginning stages of my career and I'm well aware I may look back and say "what was I thinking writing that?"  But its important to give yourself grace and learn as you grow.
